Stars and stripes he wears proudly,
Everywhere he goes he says loudly,
"Hip, hip, hooray, for the land of the free,
There's no place on earth I'd rather be!"
You can almost hear a Sousa March when you look at this patriotic bear. Born
on June 14, 1999 (Flag Day, of course), Spangle is quite proud to be an
American. His body is half red-and-white stripes and half blue with white
stars lengthwise down his middle. His arms are the same patterns done on
opposite sides, and his cute little ears match as well. His face is done in
a pale pink tie-dyed fabric, with black button eyes and nose. Around his
neck are two satin ribbons--one red and one white. Spangle is highly
collectible. Surface wash only.

Ears the Bunny Rabbit
When it comes to cute, it's all Ears. This bouncing
boy bunny was born April 18, 1995. His poem reads:
He's been eating carrots so long
Didn't understand what was wrong
Couldn't see the board during classes
Until the doctor gave him glasses!
So tired from hopping around all day that he's
lying down, this little guy has a beautiful golden-brown body, with white
accents on his muzzle, inner ears, and tail. And what wonderful ears they
are--big and bold. His face has black button eyes, a pink triangular button
nose, and whiskers of thread. Ears is popular with collectors and
noncollectors alike and makes a great gift. Surface wash only.

Cheeks the Baboon
You'll go ape for Cheeks. He was born
on May 18, 1999. His poem reads:
Don't confuse me with an ape
I have a most unusual shape
My cheeks are round and tie-dyed red
On my behind as well as my head.
Cheeks was crafted with amazing attention to detail. His fur is a mottled
brown and black. His four hands are brown as well as his ears and pronounced
brow. The nose is pink and very lifelike, but as his name implies, his
cheeks are what set him apart: his muzzle is bright red with sky blue and
black stripes on either side. His bottom is also made of colorful tie-dyed
fabric surrounding his sweet little tail. Surface wash only.

Eucalyptus the Koala Bear
Say "g'day" to this new playmate from
the land down under. Eucalyptus was born April 28, 1999. The accompanying
poem reads:
Koalas climb with grace and ease
To the top branches of the trees
Sleeping by day under a gentle breeze
Feeding at night on two pounds of leaves!
Eucalyptus has a rich, beautiful coat of mottled gray and deep teal. The
belly, inner ear, and all four paws are done in a light cream color. The
paws have thread detailing that gives them a realistic look. The endearing
face consists of black button eyes, a "real" koala nose, and a thread mouth.
The result is a cuddly Beanie Baby that is just right for a boy or girl or a
welcome addition to a collection. Surface washable only.

Crunch the Shark
Beanie Baby (Retired)
Magnificent
Crunch, ruler of the deep, was born January 13, 1996. His poem reads:
What's for breakfast? What's for lunch?
Yum! Delicious! Munch, munch, munch!
He's eating everything by the bunch
That's the reason we named him Crunch!
Sleek and handsome---but too cute to be
feared--crunch is bluish gray all over, save for his white belly, his large
white felt teeth, and the bright-red inside of his mouth. Black button eyes
complete this big guy. Long a favorite with boys (but girls find him
charming as well), he's a great addition to any collection. Surface wash
only.

Daisy drinks milk each night
So her coat is shiny and bright
Milk is good for your hair and skin
What a way for your day to begin!

lying down. She's got a black body, legs, and tail; a big white spot
on her back; a white face and inner ears; and beige horns. Black

Ty Gigi the Black Poodle Beanie
1998-1999 Retired Ty, Inc. Beanie Baby plush, Gigi the flocked Black
Poodle puppy with red bow, No. 4191, looks very much like a real black
poodle. Gigi's date of birth is April 7, 1997, and the beanie is
approximately 7 to 8 inches in size. Gigi was introduced May 30, 1998, and
retired December 23, 1999. The verse on Gigi's tag is:
'Prancing and dancing all down the street
Thinking her hairdo is oh so neat
Always so careful i the wind and rain
She's a dog that is anything but plain!'
Gigi has never been exposed to smoke or unpleasant odors. Retired, like new,
mint with tag. Click to expand listing for the best view of the photograph.

Trumpet the Elephant
Trumpet uses his
trunk to spray
Be careful you don't get in his way
He plays in mud--he never forgets
Give him some peanuts; he'll be your pet!
Sitting on his haunches with his trunk in the air, Trumpet is a playful
little pachyderm who looks like a prankster. His merry black eyes twinkle as
a smile plays tug-of-war with the corners of his pink mouth--he's just
waiting to laugh at life's next joke. His baby-soft velour coat is slate
gray with a hint of cocoa; his ear linings and furry embroidered footpads
are the color of cream. Trumpet appears to be an elephant of the African
variety, with a rounded forehead and ears that tend toward the triangular.
He was born on February 11, 2000. He's a mischievous-looking mite who'd be
lucky to get the topmost branches off a Bonsai tree. But we're sure he won't
lack for snacks, not with that perky proboscis. Keep a sharp eye on your
peanut butter cookies.
