Our Twin Diaper Cakes are perfect for multiple birth parents. Customize your cake by choosing the gender of the stuffed baby dolls on the cake. If you know there two boys coming then a boy/boy combo will do, same for the girls. If you don't know yet, or your having one of each, then pick the boy/girl combo.
